Modifications To Services And Prices

Prices for Nuad Thai School spa products, training programs and services are subject to change without notice. Nuad Thai School reserves the right to modify or discontinue a service, product, course element or page content at any time.

Nuad Thai School shall not be liable to a customer or third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a service or product.

Submissions

Comments, Feedback And Other Submissions

If you send ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, contest entries or other materials by email, online form, postal mail or another channel, you agree that Nuad Thai School may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use those comments in any medium.

Nuad Thai School is under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation for comments or respond to comments.

You agree that your comments will not violate third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other proprietary rights. You are responsible for the comments you make and their accuracy.

Appointments

Cancellation Policy

Appointments and course sessions are reserved especially for each client or student. Nuad Thai School respectfully requests at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

When an appointment is forgotten or cancelled without enough notice, the school may lose the opportunity to offer that time to another client or student. Appointments are usually confirmed 48 hours in advance.

Less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. No-shows may also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Appointments made within a 24-hour period that need to be cancelled must be cancelled within 4 hours of the appointment time, otherwise a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount may apply.

School conduct

Rules And General Information

Nuad Thai School reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who breaches school rules, behaves offensively toward other users, guests, students, staff or employees, or presents a health and safety issue.

Spa services and training sessions are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior toward therapists, instructors or staff will not be tolerated. The service may be discontinued and full payment may still be charged.

Nuad Thai School is a non-smoking area. Consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless clearly permitted by the school. Guests and students are asked to keep noise levels low to preserve a calm training environment.

To avoid disappointment, Nuad Thai School strongly recommends making an appointment in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes before the appointment so the experience is not rushed. Late arrival may shorten the treatment or session out of respect for the next guest or student.

Gift vouchers

Voucher Terms And Conditions

Gift vouchers can be purchased from Nuad Thai School and through the Loft Thai Spa gift voucher website. Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers are redeemable against spa treatments, massage services and products where accepted by the school or spa.

When you wish to pay for a spa visit or booking by voucher, please inform the reservations team when making the booking. Voucher numbers declared later may not be used against monies already paid.

Voucher numbers must be given at the time of booking. Gift vouchers cannot be extended, shared, split or applied to multiple bookings unless Nuad Thai School confirms otherwise.

All goods requested remain subject to availability and confirmation by Nuad Thai School. Nuad Thai School reserves the right to refuse a purchase request without giving a reason.

Nuad Thai School endeavors to dispatch orders within 5 working days, but cannot accept responsibility for delay or loss in delivery caused by postal delays or force majeure.

Nuad Thai School accepts no responsibility for additional consequential loss over and above the original value of goods purchased.

Bookings must be made in advance and early booking is recommended, as date restrictions may apply and bookings remain subject to availability.

If you intend to settle a reservation with gift vouchers, please mention this when booking and bring the vouchers with you on arrival. Failure to do so may result in full payment being requested.

All vouchers remain the property of Nuad Thai School until full payment has been received and cleared. Once a booking has been made, the full terms and conditions connected to the visit apply.
