1. Scope of Services

We provide international recruitment services for Thai massage therapists for spas, wellness centers, and hospitality operators. Our services include candidate sourcing, pre-selection, screening, skill verification, interview coordination, and presentation of shortlisted candidates (typically 5–10 profiles per position, depending on market response).

We may also provide advisory support on job offer structuring to improve recruitment success. Optional additional training or upskilling can be arranged prior to deployment at additional cost.

2. Service Fee & Payment Terms

  • The recruitment service fee shall be the rate agreed between both parties or the applicable seasonal rate at the time of engagement.
  • The fee includes sourcing, screening, evaluation, and candidate presentation, as well as a one-time replacement within the probation period (maximum 3 months).
  • 100% upfront payment is required before the recruitment process begins.
  • All requested positions must be confirmed and paid in full at the same time prior to campaign launch.
  • Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process.

The upfront payment reflects the time, resources, network access, and operational costs required to conduct a professional recruitment campaign.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we have access to a large and well-established network of therapists in Thailand and maintain strong industry recognition, we do not guarantee successful placement, number of applications, or candidate acceptance.

Recruitment outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Salary level and incentive structure
  • Working conditions and environment
  • Accommodation and benefits provided
  • Country attractiveness and market perception
  • Employer reputation and credibility
  • Visa conditions and legal constraints
  • Competition within the job market
  • Final decision of candidates

If the job offer is not competitive, we may receive limited applications or candidates who do not fully meet expectations. In such cases, we will advise on necessary adjustments to improve attractiveness; however, implementation remains at the employer’s discretion.

4. Recruitment Process & Evaluation

  • Preparation and translation of the job offer into Thai language to maximize candidate engagement
  • Publication through our internal database, therapist network, and recruitment channels
  • Screening based on experience, technical skills, specialization, language ability, and expectations
  • Interviews and communication assessment (including English level when required)
  • Practical on-site massage evaluation conducted with a professional model, instructor, assistant, and recruiter

The practical test includes assessment of technique, pressure, posture, flow, hygiene, professionalism, communication, and overall service quality. Following evaluation, we provide a shortlist along with our professional recommendation.

5. Replacement Policy

  • One free replacement is included per position during the probation period (maximum 3 months)
  • Replacement is applicable one time only
  • Replacement covers the recruitment service only; all external costs remain the responsibility of the employer, including but not limited to:
    • Visa and work permit fees
    • Government fees and taxes
    • Flight tickets and travel expenses
    • Accommodation and relocation costs

No additional replacements or refunds will be provided beyond this condition.

6. Employer Responsibilities

The employer is solely responsible for all employment-related matters, including:

  • Employment contracts and compliance with local labor laws
  • Visa, work permit, and legal documentation
  • Salary, incentives, and working conditions
  • Accommodation, insurance, and welfare
  • Onboarding, management, and retention of the therapist

All agreements regarding employment are made directly between the employer and the therapist, and are outside the scope of our recruitment services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The final hiring decision made by the employer
  • The performance, conduct, or retention of the therapist after placement
  • Any disputes arising between employer and employee
  • Delays, rejections, or issues related to visa, work permits, or local regulations

We act solely as a recruitment intermediary and commit to a professional selection process; however, final suitability and long-term performance remain the employer’s responsibility.

8. General Conditions

We are committed to transparency, professionalism, and delivering the best possible candidates based on your requirements.

A strong, competitive, and well-structured job offer is essential to maximize recruitment success. We reserve the right to decline or pause recruitment if conditions are deemed unsuitable or unlikely to attract qualified candidates.
