You can request an interview with any therapist whose profile interests you. Our team coordinates a convenient time, subject to the candidate agreeing to the proposed employment conditions and both parties’ availability.

The USD 250 success fee becomes due. You and the candidate agree on the employment relationship.

SUPPORT AFTER HIRING

If your hire leaves or is dismissed during the first two months of employment, we undertake one further month of searching for the same role, subject to the terms.
First replacement: search and success fees waived.
One additional search per paid vacancy. Written notice within five working days. No replacement guarantee; employer breaches are excluded.

BEFORE YOU START
Clear expectations, from day one.
Is a successful hire guaranteed?
No. We undertake reasonable professional efforts for three months. Results depend on available candidates and the attractiveness of your offer. You decide whether to hire; candidates decide whether to accept.
When does the search start?
When we have received payment and the required vacancy information. Our team confirms the start and end dates. Delays do not automatically extend the period.
What is not included?
The success fee, optional practical assessment, visas, work permits, travel, accommodation, wages and other employment costs are not included in the initial service fee.
Can I request a refund?
Service fees are non-refundable if no hire results, subject to mandatory law and our own contractual obligations. Please read the full terms before paying.
